It is the main element that qualifies all of our pilgrimages. Each itinerary, unless otherwise indicated, is followed, co-ordinated and animated by a spiritual guide (Priest and / or Pastoral Animator) also dedicated to technical assistance and direction. The service of our Assistants and our Animators is aimed at guaranteeing the best conditions in the management of the programs; to create among the participants a family-community atmosphere on the way and to introduce them in the historical, cultural and religious context of the places visited; to foster an authentic experience of faith before, during and after the visit to the Shrines and places of worship. On Pilgrimages to the Holy Land, all of our Assistants are in possession of the Animator Charter, issued by the Christian Pilgrimage Commission of Jerusalem.

 

Fees for embarkation / disembarkation fees, security, fuel taxes, have been determined on the basis of taxes and rights in effect on 2 January of the current year. Any subsequent increases will be borne by the participants and will have to be paid to Impronte Viaggi before departure.

Unless otherwise stated, the participants are responsible for drinks, tips, personal extras, porteries and not expressly mentioned in the entry "Participation fee includes".

 

We reserve the right to change at any time, due to logistical needs or special occasions, the chronological order of visits to pilgrimage tours and hotel services. However, we guarantee the complete execution of the programs and the quality of the services.

 

At the start you must have a personal document (passport - valid identity card for expatriation) that meets the validity requirements required by the States of destination and the regulations currently in force, also with reference to minors. Foreign nationals are required to request information from the competent authorities about the need for the "entry visa" for the planned destinations, and any permission to return to Italy. It is recommended to check the name and surname provided at registration with what is written on the document that will be used for departure, as Impronte can not be held responsible for any failure to board at check-in due to incorrectness of the documents submitted. Also at the time of departure, and / or during the trip, the lack or irregularity of the tourist's personal documents is to be considered as a waiver and / or interruption of the tourist, therefore the registration fee will be debited participation in criminal proceedings and no liability can in that case be recognized by the organization.

It is always advisable to always carry the European Health Insurance Card (Health Card / Tax Code).

 

We recommend that you carefully read the Convocation Sheet which will be delivered or sent to all participants where, among other information, the meeting times, departure times and approximate return times are shown. the Call List data is the only reliable one. Not receiving it in the 48 hours before departure, participants must contact our offices, during opening hours, for the appropriate information. Its non-delivery will in no way be grounds for tacit renunciation of participation.

 

The meeting place of the participants, departing from Rome and the main Italian airports, will be communicated in the convocation sheet.

 

The minimum number of participants required to carry out our pilgrimages is 25 persons for bus and air routes (with scheduled flights). For flights it is necessary to reach 80% of the seats available. Failure to reach the minimum number necessary for the pilgrimage will be communicated at least 21 days before departure.

 

Our itineraries have an insurance coverage that meets the requirements of the International Convention (CCV) of Brussels on 23/4/70, ratified by law no. 1084 of 27/12/77.
