Structure

The residence is a modern and well-finished complex, recently renovated also in the furnishings, built with apartments of various types so arranged: on the first floor only two-room apartments with terraces overlooking the children's playground, on the mezzanine floor only studios, some of which for the disabled with a small terrace overlooking the park.

Apartments

All apartments are equipped with dishes for the number of people accommodated and equipped with microwave, hairdryer, telephone, umbrellas, chairs and balcony tables. Kitchenette with electric plates or induction.

Studios: 2/3 beds with the possibility of adding an infant up to 3 years of age in the bed with parents
Two-room apartments: 2/5 beds.

The property is about 150 meters from the sea (sandy beach).

Small pets are allowed with an extra charge of € 60 payable locally, subject to the residence regulations and not allowed on the partner beach. Mandatory request when booking.

Santa Maria del Cedro and surroundings
