Apartments

The residential area consists of apartments surrounded by greenery, masonry and ground floor, with a large veranda. Present apartments of Standard or Top type
The " top " typology is characterized by single two-room apartments composed of entrance, bedroom, kitchen with double or double sofa-bed and bathroom - able to comfortably accommodate 4 beds - and large studios consisting of bedroom, bathroom and possible outdoor kitchen - with possibility of 2/3 beds. All the villas are newly built, with exposed wooden roof and large veranda, and are carefully furnished with wicker furniture; the kitchens are equipped with fridge and hot water, the bathrooms have a shower and bidet and are equipped with hot water.
The " standard " typology is characterized by bungalows ( Bilocali ), grouped in groups of three, consisting of two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, kitchenette, bathroom with hot shower and external veranda. The bungalows accommodate 4 beds.
All residences - except studios without kitchenettes - are equipped with kitchen equipment, cookware, crockery and cutlery; Bed linen can be rented on site.
The "top" studios consist of a bedroom with double bed and possible third bed, bathroom with bidet and shower, have a large veranda and are equipped with hot water. The kitchenette is located on the veranda.
The two-room apartments "top" consist of a bedroom with double bed, kitchen with double sofa bed, entrance, bathroom with bidet and shower, have a large veranda and are fully equipped with hot water, both in the bathroom and in the kitchen.
The "standard" apartments consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds, an internal kitchen, a bathroom with a hot shower and an outdoor veranda.

Nicotera and surroundings

The MARIS tourist facility is located in Calabria, on the border between the provinces of Vibo Valentia and Reggio Calabria; precisely between the towns of Nicotera Marina and San Ferdinando, in Contrada Mortelletto. It overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea, at the foot of the promontory of Capo Vaticano and Monte Poro, on a white sandy beach. It is located on a coastline that, from Tropea in Scilla, with the alternation of characteristic cliffs that hide solitary beaches and wide stretches of sandy shore, it is one of the most beautiful stretches of coast of Calabria. From the beach you can enjoy a splendid panorama, ranging from Capo Vaticano to the Strait of Messina and to the north coast of Sicily; do not miss the evocative and romantic sunsets over the sea, with the sky turning red and the Aeolian Islands peeping out to the West. On particularly clear days you can see the plumes of smoke on the two volcanoes: the Stromboli in the West and the Etna to the south.
