Structure

The Village of Salute Più is a grandiose natural amphitheater nestled between the hills and badlands of the Val Sillaro. The territory is covered by environmental protection of the European Union for biodiversity (SIC territory IT4050011) and hosts our farm, organic since 1998 with UNI-ISO 14001 environmental certification since 1999 for the "conservation of the environment and biodiversity to protect of well-being ".

At the Village health and well-being derive from the possibility of immersing yourself in nature and its energies: the thermal waters (3 springs recognized by the Ministry of Health and accredited spas SSN), the vegetation, the land, the oxygen-rich air, the river and the lakes.

The ancients spoke of sanatrix nature, that is "healing nature": a dimension that the Village is able to offer all year round through its various services: the spa, the farm, the summer water park ... thanks to its finally, the Village is the ideal starting point for discovering the Fitness Valley and a territory rich in historical, artistic, naturalistic and food and wine attractions, between Emilia, Romagna and Tuscany.

Restaurants

The Village of Salute Più was born as a farmhouse in 1999. The Sillaro Restaurant, the Panoramic Restaurant and the Bar la Stalla are deeply connected to the farm of the Village, specialized in agriculture and organic breeding. Today the farm is capable not only of offering the food and wine products of the Sillaro Valley, delicacies to eat and drink, or rooms, apartments and camping where to stay in the middle of nature, but also to produce zero-kilometer food and serve them in the restaurant dishes, with menus designed to enhance the food from the surrounding area.

Tastings, cooking shows, excursions, teaching, activities for children and families ... Also visits to the Gothic Line Museum of the Village, with an exhibition of everyday objects related to the passage of the Second World War in Monterenzio.
The Fitness Valley project starts from the Villaggio della Salute Più, which enhances the Val Sillaro territory up to Tuscany: a set of itineraries in the history of the place, in nature and in good living, all in the name of health and well-being.

Thanks to its absolutely unique position straddling Emilia, Romagna and Tuscany, the Village of Salute Più is the perfect starting point to discover the hidden beauties of these territories.

Over 100 proposals for historical-artistic itineraries departing from the Village of Salute Più have been detailed in the volumes of Prof. Emilio Prantoni, available in the library and at the reception.

The routes can be addressed independently or you can request the organization of a minibus at the reception of the Village. Reservations recommended.
