At an altitude of 1419m in the lovely village of Pescul, in the Val Fiorentina, dominated by the dolomitic colossus of Monte Pelmo and surrounded by immense woods of larch and fir trees, the structure stands right in front of the slopes of the wonderful Civetta ski area and is an excellent point departure for your excursions in summer and winter. Its strategic location also allows you to reach many internationally renowned sites such as Cortina d'Ampezzo, Arabba, the Marmolada massif and the main dolomitic steps for a holiday that meets every need.
