Structure

Directly located on the beautiful Playacar beach, famous for its fine white sand lapped by turquoise and crystal clear waters, the Eden Village Playacar is located a short distance from the lively center of Playa del Carmen with its shops, quaint restaurants, picturesque beach bars and nightclubs. Completely renovated in the common areas, restaurants and rooms, continuing to maintain the style and the typical Caribbean setting that distinguishes it, the Eden Village offers a wide gastronomic choice, thanks to the main restaurant with buffet service and Italian chef, the two à la carte restaurants, 1 snack bar at the pool for lunches near the sea and 4 bars where you can enjoy colorful tropical cocktails. The complex, moreover, reflects the lively Caribbean style and offers many services for relaxation and fun, including the spa, the beach volleyball court and various water sports. Renewed between summer and autumn 2016, they are divided into Superior and Superior Premium, the latter located closer to the beach and the pool area, all are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, minibar (replenished every 2 days with 1 bottle of mineral water included), safe, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, balcony or terrace with hammock. Cots and connecting rooms available on request.

Entertainment programs for adults, sports activities and tournaments with specialized personnel, always present and never intrusive. Excursions
Chichen-Itza and Cenote
Founded around 450 BC, Chichen Itza (in the Mayan language "near the source of Itza") is still considered a sacred place for the descendants of the Maya and remains one of the largest and best preserved archaeological sites in the world. In the area you can visit the temple of Kukulkan, the field of Pelota, the observatory and the temple of a thousand columns. On the way back there is a stop with the possibility of diving into the waters of a suggestive cenote inside a cave and rich in limestone formations, to cool off and enjoy another of the wonders of Mexico.

Tulum
Visit to the most suggestive Mayan center of the Yucatán, the only city of the ancient people to have been built overlooking the sea. In addition to being able to visit this magnificent archaeological site, it is possible to stop at the beach under the ruins, perhaps the most beautiful of the entire Riviera Maya for the color of its sand and its waters; Here it is possible to swim surrounded by this magical atmosphere between past and present.
 

Cobà, Cenote and beach
Half day dedicated to the visit of Cobà, an archaeological site immersed in the forest with the most impressive "Castillo" of the whole Yucatan: Nohoch. The pyramid, 42 meters high, is the only one still scalable and you should not miss the opportunity to climb and enjoy the incomparable show. Afterwards we will visit a cenote inside the Mexican jungle and we will continue to one of the most beautiful beaches of Tulum, where you can enjoy the sun and the sea.

Isla Contoy & Mujeres
Day immersed in the untouched nature of Contoy, island that acts as a border between the Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico. Its coral reef marks the beginning of the Mesoamerican Grand Arrecife, which is the great barrier. Visit the island with its museum and free time to enjoy the crystal clear sea. Lunch at the beach and stop at Isla Mujeres to visit the center with shopping opportunities.

Submerged Worlds
The adventure begins by visiting the famous cenote Tak-be-ha (in the Mayan language "Hidden World") and swimming in its crystalline waters, surrounded by ethereal stalactites and stalagmites. Then you reach the "beach of the turtles" to discover the magical underwater world, to discover the turtles that live in this beautiful bay and the wonderful coral reef.

Rio Lagartos and Ek Balam
The tour crosses the north of the peninsula to get to the Rio Lagartos biosphere, where you will embark on small spears to start your adventure among pelicans, hawks, crocodiles and pink flamingos, the true hosts of the biosphere. You will admire and bathe in the Pink Lakes (the salt pans) and you will have the opportunity to make natural mud with clay. After the lunch of fish, stop at Ek Balam (the black jaguar), a Mayan jewel hidden in the jungle, famous for its statues. Visit the Hunuku Village to discover traditional Mayan costumes.

Moto Safari
Adventure in the jungle with the quad: dirt path in the jungle that leads to the cenotes maya: stalactites and millennial stalagmites will be the protagonists of this scenario inside the caves. During the journey possibility to meet wild animals like the "mono araña" (spider monkey).

Sian Ka'an Biosphere
Journey through the pristine nature of the Sian Ka'an biosphere, looking for turtles, dolphins and starfish ... boat navigation of about 3 hours, snorkeling on the coral reef, visit of the island, the birds and the black lagoon. Lunch based on paella in the small "pueblo" of Punta Allen.

Coco Bongo night club

Mayan ceremony
An encounter with the world of the Maya and its ancient traditions. An evening spent with a Mayan community in the jungle, experiencing the "Temazcal" experience, a steam bath that will purify the body, mind and spirit of the participants. The shaman will guide you through this ancient ceremony recreating the atmosphere that was experienced in the ancient era, you will bathe in the crystal clear waters of a cenote and end with a culinary experience enjoying a typical Mayan dinner.
