Torre del Porticciolo is a unique structure of its kind to be inserted in the beautiful scenery of the Natural Park of Porto Conte, the Camping Village covers 150,000 square meters of pine forest and Mediterranean vegetation, just 10 km from the airport of Alghero-Fertilia, 20 Km from the port of Porto Torres, and 15 Km from the historic center of Alghero.

Rooms

Our bungalows, surrounded by greenery and no more than 50 metres from the descent to the sea, are independent, shady cottages consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 small room with 1 bunk bed, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with toilet, bidet and hot shower, covered veranda in front. Non-air-conditioned accommodation. Mosquito nets installed in the bedrooms only. The Chalets are single-family cottages, clad in Swedish pine, with complete respect for the surrounding environment. They can accommodate a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 persons. Chalets with 2 or 4 beds are composed respectively of 1 or 2 double bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, a large bathroom with toilet, bidet and hot shower, and a covered veranda in front. The Chalets are air-conditioned accommodation. Climate card at extra charge. Riviera mobile homes have all the comforts of home, surrounded by greenery and just a few steps from the sea. They offer two bedrooms, a living area with satellite TV, kitchenette, private bathroom and furnished verandas. These types are equipped with air conditioning. Climate card at extra charge. The Standard Double Rooms are accommodations consisting of a double bedroom, a complete bathroom with double washbasin, toilet, shower and hairdryer. They have a small entrance hall with satellite TV, a refrigerator, a small table with two chairs, a kettle and two cups for breakfast. Air-conditioned accommodation. Climate card at extra charge. They do not have an outside veranda. For guests staying in standard rooms, we offer a covered relaxation area with wooden tables and benches where guests can sit freely.

MANDATORY SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR ACCOMMODATION UNITS: Upon arrival, guests will be asked to provide a valid credit card as a guarantee for the accommodation and what is provided internally. We do not accept credit cards that are rechargeable and not linked to a current account. In any case, the Management reserves the right to use the credit card provided, to offset the cost of breakages/shortages ascertained to be the responsibility of the guest. In the event that a guest does not have a credit card, a deposit of €350.00 will be requested by cheque. This will be returned upon departure, subject to checking by the staff and any breakage or shortage will be deducted. Cash deposits are not accepted. The holder of the credit card or cheque issued must be the reservation holder and must be present at the time of check-in. The customer expressly authorises the use of the credit card issued as a guarantee, or any security deposit, in the event of any damage found by authorised personnel. Final cleaning: the final cleaning supplement is included in the price of the stay, excluding the extra cost for cleaning services for customers travelling with an accompanying pet: EUR 50.00 per stay, payable locally, and the daily supplement for the pet. Pets are allowed in certain accommodations (Bungalow - Chalet - Standard Double Room). Only pets and small to medium-sized dogs (max. 20 kg) are allowed. The kitchenette, if present, must be left clean by the customer. Otherwise a penalty of euro 50.00 will be charged. In the presence of infants 0/2 years old it is MANDATORY to hire a cot at a cost of 7.00 euro per day. Maximum one cot per accommodation. Cot linen is not provided. AIR CONDITIONING AT PAYMENT available in Chalets, Riviera Mobile Homes and Double Rooms. These accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning running on a modern card system. Use is optional and is extra at a cost of 40.00 euro for 24 non-continuous hours of operation. The service can be purchased at the facility and is non-refundable. Included in the price: first supply of bed linen and towels, while further changes of bed linen and towels are charged at € 12.00 per person per item per change, water, electricity and gas consumption, one parking space for a car or motorbike (each additional car/motorbike parking space is charged for), swimming pool service including sun loungers, two children's play areas, use of tennis court with its own equipment and table tennis table, mini-club (from 3 years old) and entertainment during the period when it is active. Use of swimming cap in the pool is compulsory. Jacuzzi use reserved for adults only (+ 18 years). Timetable: breakfast 7.30-10.30 a.m. and dinner 7.30-8.30 p.m. Meals not taken are not recoverable or refundable. Treats must be purchased for the duration of the stay and for all overnight guests. Gluten-free dishes are available (to be reported at the time of booking). Remarks: Rates do not include any local city tax and resort fee that must be paid by the final customer on-site directly to the hotel. Bedding preferences are not guaranteed and are subject to supplier availability.
