Salve vorrei esporre,in merito al soggiorno dal 31 dicembre al 2 gennaio presso l'hotel Ostia antica park hotel, ciò che è accaduto o meglio gli inconvenienti che ci sono capitati,non avendo risposta positiva chiamandomi telefonicamente.Ci avete venduto un pacchetto che non è stato rispettato all'arrivo in albergo.

-avevato garantito che l'ora di spa non effettuata il 31 potevamo recuperarla il 1,ma cosi' non è stato in quanto l'addetta al centro benessere ci ha detto che non era assolutamente possibile.

-avevamo da pacchetto la cena del 1 ma la titolare dell'albergo ci ha detto che la sera il ristorante sarebbe stato chiuso e dovevamo usufruire del pranzo,cosa poi impossibile perché essendo le tre del pomeriggio le altre due coppie erano già uscite per pranzare fuori;infine ci ha arrangiato un semplice menu per accontentarci.
