The kitchen
The Hotel Tramonto's cuisine is typically Mediterranean, which, combined with the genuineness of ingredients, creative imagination and quality, satisfies everyone's tastes. So playing with the products of our land: pasta, tomatoes, olive oil, wine and seasonal vegetables, we rehearse dishes of the ancient Garganica tradition.
And again, our cakes: almond paste, mostaccioli pies, tarts with oranges, lemons, almonds, ricotta with walnuts and honey, pancakes with winemaking.
