Forfait services

Mandatory from 3 years upwards and fully due for a minimum of 7 nights * 8 € per day per person which includes:
Beach service in the two private concessions (1 umbrella + 2 sun loungers or deck chairs for each apartment)
Flat-rate consumption, bed linen and towels with weekly change, TV set, dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment, final cleaning
15% discount on rates for tennis courts and five-a-side football
* For packages of less than 7 nights the full weekly rate is foreseen

The fee does not include

Any tourist tax applied on site, extras in general and anything not specified in the paragraph "Services included in the fee"
Cot to be requested at the time of booking subject to availability with a supplement of € 5.00 per day to be paid locally (maximum one per apartment - own cot accepted)
Mandatory Supplement Deposit: € 100 per apartment to be paid locally and refundable at the end of the stay after checking the housing unit
Supplement for cleaning the kitchenette , dishes and kitchen equipment and mandatory waste disposal if not done by the customer: € 25 to be paid locally
Supplement for bed linen or towels: € 10 per person for each subsequent change to be paid locally

Distance from the sea

The apartments are from 100 to 350 meters from the sea

Animal friends

Small pets are allowed, to be reported at the time of booking. There is a supplement of € 50 per stay to be paid locally.

* In the event that customers show up at the structure in greater numbers than what was communicated at the time of booking, the room / accommodation change will not be guaranteed as it is subject to limited availability by the structure.
If any change is possible, the structure will be entitled to ask for the payment of a supplement, to be paid locally, based on the hotel's list prices.
