Ho scritto una recensione negativa sulla pagina Facebook dell’hotel, scrivendo con maggior sintesi ciò che era accaduto e mi è stata data questa risposta:
Salve, al momento del ceck in , quando lei si è avvicinata al bancone della reception , ci sono dei cartelli ben esposti, sulle norme covid , e sulle norme della struttura .
Nel cartello sulle norme della struttura il cartello dice, l ‘ hotel non dispone di portiere notturno !
Giustamente ha tanta ragione anche lei, nessuno la discute, ma si discute il fatto che ogni tanto dare tutto per scontato e non informarsi sulle regole di una struttura , quella si, è colpa sua...
Ogni struttura ha le sue , spetta a lei informarsi ..

Non c’era assolutamente nessun cartello che facesse riferimento alla chiusura della reception nelle ore notturne. Il bancone era assolutamente vuoto e pieno di chiavi e. Se proprio devo dire la mia sulle norme covid, quasi tutti avevano mascherina abbassata o Non ce l’avevano.
