Completely restructured in 2007, the property managed by the owners is located in Ischia, in the town of Forio, a few kilometers from the center and the Poseidon and Negombo thermal parks, near San Francesco beach, the gardens of Mortella and "Dovecote".

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una settimana. Ero un po’ preoccupata perché, dopo aver prenotato, ho letto le diverse recensioni negative, le quali per la mia esperienza durante questo soggiorno posso negare.
Ad accogliervi ci sarà la signora Rosa. Una donna sempre esaustiva e gentile nelle risposte. La colazione in questo albergo è fantastica e genuina, ad occuparsene è Sabina. Ogni giorno c’è una grande varietà di torte preparate da lei, i dolci vanno dalla crostata a quelli più elaborati ed ogni giorno si trova sempre qualche dolce diverso. Oltre le torte, si possono trovare i cornetti, toast con prosciutto, salame e formaggio. Ci sono gli yogurt, la frutta ed i succhi. Mascotte dell’albergo è un pappagallo Sasà, ogni tanto fischia ma non crea nessun tipo di problema.
Le zanzare ci sono, d’altronde Ischia è l’isola verde, le si trovano anche in spiaggia, ma tutto si risolve con uno spray anti zanzare. Chi si occupa della pulizia delle camere è una signora molto tranquilla e gentile, ci ha dato delle dritte per le gite sull’isola. È davvero un posto tranquillo ed accogliente. Poi penso come in tutte le cose se ci si pone con gentilezza e garbo, si è ricambiati allo stesso modo. Lo staff di Villa Franca è uno staff completamente gentile, disponibile ed accogliente. Consigliatissimo sia per adulti che per giovani, a pochi metri dalla struttura c’è anche la fermata dell’autobus che vi porta in ogni luogo.

La struttura, lascia un po a desiderare.
Credo che ogni nuovo anno estivo una struttura dovrebbe ripristinare ,tinteggiare non lasciare ad uno stato rudimentale. il posto e bello anche hotel ma avere tutto scolorito mangiato dal sole come se fosse stato abbandonato non è bello .la camere esterne poco curate piccole e un po sporche. Ma il cibo era così buono e abbondante che se non fosse stato x corona virus che ha rovinato un po le vacanze a tutti siamo stati bene

Hotel Villa Franca, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, sebbene in alta stagione la camera assegnata ai clienti Dlt è la \"economy\", il personale è molto disponibile, le stanze pulite e la proprietaria è una persona squisita. Unico neo, nelle economy non è presente il frigo.
