Structure of the facility

The property is located on the ashes of the former municipal slaughterhouse of Alberobello, a building which dates back to 1915 or so. The ancient building has been restored and is now fully renewed and modernized. It is situated at the entrance of Alberobello, 50 mt. from the train station, and borders with the albea museum-cellar. Opened in 2016, the residence created internally by the Scianni family is destined to become a landmark within the facilities designed for short, medium and long-term stays for tourism or work resons. The structure looks like a small village that resembles the beautiful historic centers of Puglia, characterized by the whiteness of the stone and lime. The mighty hotel blends in tradition and innovation, modernity and authenticity, simplicity and majesty in a harmonious balance.

Alberobello and surroundings

Alberobello, "capital of trulli" is a town recognized by UNESCO as "World Heritage Site" for its 1500 trulli, unique in Puglia. Trulli were classified as a National Monument in 1996, when the Aia Piccola and Monti districts, the complex Casa D'Amore and Trullo Sovrano have been included in the World Heritage List of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The agricultural landscape is characterized by a thick vegetation of olive and almond trees that flourishes on the karst soil. The calcareous stratified rocks, since the birth of Alberobello, have provided the material for the construction and the overlay of trulli. Those who love nature shouldn't miss a walk or bike ride along the Apulian Aqueduct, which runs through the territory of Alberobello for a long stretch. Strongly supported by Antonio Jatta, its construction was started in 1906 and the city of Bari, where the first fountain was placed a few days before the outbreak of World War I, today, can bear witness thanks to the Apulian Aqueduct Museum opened to the public.
