Structure of the facility

The Rifugio Alantino is located on the lovely plateau of Campo Felice, in the Centomonti locality, 1.550 meters above sea level and just a short distance from the Velino-Sirente Regional Park. It is immersed in the warm and quiet intimacy of the mountain, providing relaxation and silence but at the same time also many sports and activities.The facility offers the opportunity of enjoying a charming summer and autumn holiday in a comfortable environment and in a characteristic atmosphere, cheered by the ancient flavors of traditional cuisine. Starting point of many hiking routes, its location makes it an ideal place to plan outdoor activities in direct contact with the surrounding nature.

Campo Felice and surroundings

Campo Felice has all the right features to satisfy ski and snow lovers. The resort is located in the center of an area surrounded by mountain peeks over two thousand feet high and it has snow for six months a year. Just climb on the summit of Monte Rotondo to see how nature has been generous with Campo Felice: just one look encircles the Gran Sasso, Sirente, Velino, Duchessa and Maiella mountains in a big hug. A breathtaking panorama, a feeling comparable only to that of getting to the end of one of its many slopes with ski on your feet. Campo Felice offers slopes for all tastes, with altitudes that even exceed 600 meters. The geographic shape allows you to practice winter sports even in the case of fog because all the slopes are in the form of large plateaus. And should the natural snow be insufficient, a modern fully automated plant with 250 cannons, capable of over 20 km of downhill skiing will do the trick. Campo Felice is also a paradise for children.

La struttura è datata ma confortevole e ben organizzati. Il cibo è molto buono i responsabili del ristorante gentilissimi e gli spazi sono ampi. Bravissimi anche gli animatori!!

Camere comode con tutto il necessario. Proprietari squisiti, gentili, attenti sempre presenti e disponibili. Personale uguale ai proprietari. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, i piatti erano vari e abbondanti. Rapporto qualità prezzo top!! Ci torneremo!

Ci sono stato con tutta la famiglia, e mi sono trovato molto bene. Peccato per il fine settimana molto piovoso. La struttura è molto vicina alle piste da sci, e si può noleggiare qualsiasi attrezzatura per la neve direttamente al rifugio. Il personale è statp estremamente cortese, ed il proprietario, il signor Enzo, molto simpatico. Anche la cucina si è rivelata ottima, con porzioni abbondanti. Abbiamo anche utilizzato il menù alla carta, con ottimi piatti fuori dal preventivo standard. Il preventivo attraverlo la DLT è stato estremamente conveniente, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Rifugio dal 1966 è bello funzionale ed economico . Grazie mi sono trovato bene.
